The municipality of Rotterdam formalized a requirement of having a minimal of 5,5 hours on (possible) sunlight between 9 and 18 hours on the 21 of June.
The ‘Rise’ development plan influences the sunspot conditions, and a dynamic script analyses alteration of the design in real time.
